When can I expect my order?

Shipping & Handling

Shipping your product is our top priority, and we ship hundreds of products to satisfied customers worldwide every day. Because most of our warehouses are located internationally, our shipping and processing times may vary, and we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery.

Processing time : Once we receive your payment, we immediately forward your order to our suppliers for verification, adjustments, quality control, and packaging. This may take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time : This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. This usually takes 10-15 days, although actual shipping times may vary.

Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your product directly on our website at any time ( link to tracking page ). Please note that while most of our shipping companies offer a tracking service, we can't guarantee it in all cases.
